These terms govern access to Tap On Time, provided by Tap On Time. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
We provide the platform on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change as we ship improvements. We work to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for credentials, accurate registration information, and activity under your accounts. You may not misuse the service, probe systems without authorization, or use the platform for unlawful goods or activities.
Merchant data
Each merchant remains responsible for its own storefront content, customer relationships, and compliance with applicable trade and consumer rules.
Fees
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the subscription or order you accept at purchase. Taxes may apply.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
