This policy describes how Tap On Time ("we", "us") processes information in connection with Tap On Time, our multi-tenant attendance platform.
What we process
We process information needed to operate the service: staff accounts, company and office configuration, attendance punches and related photos or face samples when enabled, leave and schedule data, and technical logs required for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and improve the platform, authenticate users, route traffic to the correct tenant, process payments where enabled, send operational notices, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data with subprocessors only as needed to run the service (for example hosting, email delivery, or payment providers you enable). We do not sell personal information.
Meta (Facebook) and advertising technologies
Merchants may optionally connect Meta services (such as Facebook Login, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, catalogs, or ads-related tools) to their own storefronts. In those cases, the merchant chooses what data is shared with Meta and for what purposes; we process related technical and account data to provide the integration (for example encrypted tokens, configuration, and event delivery as configured by the merchant).
Meta’s use of information is described in Meta’s own policies. End users should review the privacy policy of the store they interact with and may manage Facebook permissions in their Facebook account settings.

Payment card data
Payment authentication secrets such as CVV/CVC, full magnetic stripe/track data, and PINs are not stored after authorization. Prefer gateway tokens and masked card references.
Retention
We retain operational data for as long as your account or contract requires and delete or anonymize it when no longer needed, subject to law and backup cycles.
